Genesee County is home to over 20 different hospice agencies. We have worked with many of them, and invite each hospice into our home.

Some facilities force families to choose a “preferred” hospice that they work with, but we feel it is important to allow patients and families to choose the agency that feels best for them.

Continuity of care is important for patients comfort and symptom management. Continuing to have their interdisciplinary team follow them as they change locations leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.
